A stable water-based bitumen emulsion for general water-proof coating on cement walls and floors. Its protective coating provides a flexible film that will not flow or sag under direct sunlight.

Surface preparation before applying:
Surfaces must be clean, sound, dry free from dirt, greese and dust. Stir contents of container thoroughly before use.

Directions for use:
Apply with brush, roller or spray on the surface. Bituflex is dark brown in colour when wet and black in colour when dry. Under room temperature , a wet layer should dry in about 4 hours. After applied Bituflex. Allow at least six weeks before compound.

Handling Precautions:
Clean hands and tools with cold water when it is wet, use kerosene or solvents when it is dry.

Suitable surfaces:
Bituflex provides absolute sealing and waterproof coating for logs, metal, concrete, cement rendered walls and floors. Its protective coating can seal up cold storage rooms from vapour and air-conditioning ducting insulation adhesive.

Resistant to water, alcohol, salted solutions and some diluted acids and alkalis.

Note:
Before use, the user should determine the suitability of the product for its intended usage. The user will assume all risks and liabilities whatsoever in connection therewith. Bituflex can last for 12 months under good storage conditions.
