Since its incorporation in 1994, V-Tech has expanded into a market leader in the field of machinery and tools for industrial use. V-Tech Machinery Sdn Bhd, a joint-venture with multi-national corporations from throughout the region, is managed by an Executive Board with members based in Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. The Executive Board is responsible for strategy, portfolio policy, human resource management and the monitoring of the execution of V-Tech policies among other processes.
