P&M can service and repair industrial electric motors in sizes up to 4 MW including EX explosion proof/ flame proof motors commonly used in the oil and gas industries. Our facility in Subang Jaya features balancing machines and overhead cranes capable of supporting the heaviest range of rotors and stators. Our burnout ovens and vacuum pressured impregnation chambers are all in place to render a higher level of efficiency to the motors sent in by our customers.

P&M performs all inspections to determine the service ability of your rotors. In house pullers enable us to quickly disassemble the rotors for a quick inspection.

Our support capabilities extend from field services repairs overhauls and testing to conversions, modifications and upgrades to higher efficiency rating. We offer:-

Periodic inspection, field services (emergency & routine), technical direction training on site repairs, overhaul, spare parts support, monitoring & diagnostic, plant rotation and startup.

Maintenance Management Contract(MMC)

To further enhance our position as the leading independent provider of products and services to the rotating equipment fraternity, we have made it easier for you to obtain preferential high quality service at a lower cost. More specifically with our maintenance management contract your maintenance costs are based on a desired level of service. We tailor the terms of agreement, equipment coverage and other conditions to meet your needs as the owner or the operator.

Our unique positions in the rotating equipment market allows you to access OEM approved services in addition to other services not available from the OEM from the one and only independent service company. With our MMC, customers can choose from a host of options:-
