Danish Selection jams was established in 1834 in Copenhagen, Denmark and has experienced tremendous growth since then.

Their traditional recipes are still used adjusted to modern technology to maximize its benefits. Fruits and berries are bought directly from the plantation to ensure premium (high) quality.

Whole and real fruits are used preserved using the best sugar. The fruits are warmed up without boiling to ensure consistency in taste, enhance flovour, control colour and uniformity of the product.

Fra Den Gamle Fabrik jams and marmalade has less calories and less sugar (52g/100g compared to an average 65g/100g) but high in fruit content.
