Zone is free standing or worktop-fitted screen system that can be fitted with some screen hung items.

Extruded aluminium components are fabricated around a stiff timber hollow core panel. The 38mm thick solid panels are clad with 3mm medium density fibreboard and have a honeycombed hexi-core center. The faces are faced with pinable 3mm foam. This method of construction creates a very stiff panel with high structural integrity and longer screens of 1800 wide are achievable.

Zone panels can be easily installed and reconfigured using the customer's own personnel. The capping rail is also slotted to allow a function wall accessories to be fitted.

Zone is easily demountable and individual panels can be removed mid run and replaced without dis-assembling the panels either side as in some other systems. Junction posts and wall start are not a feature of this system, panels are joined by L, T and cross-shaped connectors. Panels can be provided with or without feet and can be desk mounted with special cast aluminium brackets if required.
