MANUFACTURING
The manufacturing facilities in Klang are supported by trained Malaysian personnel and would continue to manufacture the products to the standard set by their Australian counterparts. Key personnels are sent to Australia for on-the-job training so as to accelerate the technological transfer process.

Freiberg (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and Freiberg Marketing Sdn. Bhd. are managed by a group of highly qualified and competent people with skills that matched the challenge of the business.

FREIBERG PRODUCTS FEATURES AND BENEFITS

• 100% Aluminium extrusion in mill furnish or powder coating.
• Screen height is from 750 mm height through to full height (150 mm interval).
• Screen are available in offer a variety of finishes including fabric, timber veneer, vinyl, laminated, plastic and melamine.
• Screen are available as solid panel / tiles, half glazed or fully glazed panel or tiles.
• Glass and / or acrylic is rattle free, secured with an extruded neoprene channel allowing easy replacement in the event of breakage.
• Fabric is held in place on the panel / tiles using a PVC spline stretched around a channeled goovers, which allows for easy removal and replacement at a later stage. Therefore stapler or glue is not necessary and ugly pucker remarks in the fabric is avoided.
• Furniture is manufactured from high quality, high moisture resistant particle board and tested by certificated authorities. It’s cover with 3 mm thick flat PVC edging. The thickness of the board can be 18 mm, 25 mm or 30 mm at the client’s request.
• All hinges and other door hanging mechanism are first quality items fabricated from corrosion resistant materials with adequate anti-friction inserts or treatment to ensure noise-free smooth operation without the need for routine lubrication.
• All opening doors are fitted with 180 deg hunger.
• Drawer slides permit full extension and capable of carrying 30 kg.
• There are no obstructions or protrusions likely to cause clothing damage or personal injury.
• All fixings and connectors used by Freiberg are adequately projected against corrosion either by the choice of material from which they are fabricated or by plating, galvanizing or powder coating.
• The system is designed and arranged so that units will not collapse while adjustment is being affected and there is no risk of injury to personnel carrying out the adjustment.

WARRANTY / MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
Freiberg Marketing Sdn. Bhd. warrants that Freiberg product is free from defects in material and workmanship according to the following terms and conditions :-

• Provide ten (10) years full warranty against manufacturing defects in products supplied except chair from the date the last unit is install and placed in service and accepted by The Consumer for each phase of the workstation installation.
• Replacement of defective parts shall be replaced within three (3) days from date of notification.
• Service rendered to be attend within two (2) working days.
• Provides training to The Consumer’s maintenance department if necessary.
• Provides a full CAD based design, space planning and drawings for The Consumer.
  

This warranty does not cover against abuse, vandalism, human error, wrong usage of maintenance chemical and act of God.
