Fabric
There are generally 3 grade groups of fabric available in
the market. They can be grouped based on their country of
origin as follows:-

1 - Fabric from France, Germany,
Austria & USA

Grade
2 - Fabric from Spain
•
Grade
3 - Fabric from India, Taiwan
& China
Grade 1 fabrics
has very good dimension stability. It can achieve and maintain
the tension at all times whereas Grade 2 fabric
will sag after some times.
Cost different is about 10 to 30%

Motor
Beware of undersized capacity motor as the motor will breakdown
after a while because they are not made to perform beyond
their limit. Undersized capacity motor can be substituted
for correct capacity motor at a lower price.

System
Original complete system is very important. This
can be verified by the provision of original system drawing
and specification with information, for example the thickness
of tube, profile, brackets, etc provided. The cost for
modified System is lower than an Original Complete System.
4)
Installation Team
Installation experiences are essential also.
Correct installation method and precise installation can
prolong the life span of the whole system. In normal cases,
our Decorial 'roche' System can last for a minimum of 8
to 10 years. We have substantial projects whereby the
systems last more than 12 years.
