SERVOCUT is the perfect choice for a broad range of heavy duty cutting applications. It is available in three main sizes and in automatic and / or manual versions:

SERVOCUT 250: Medium Size (cut-off wheel dia.of 250 mm)
SERVOCUT 350: Large Size (cut-off wheel dia.of 350 mm)
SERVOCUT 450: Very Large Size (cut-off wheel dia.of 450 mm)



A stands for Automatic and M stand for manual versions. SERVOCUT combines the two well proven cutting techniques into the same machine:

Chop cutting: The specimen is clamped and the cut-off wheel approaches the specimen via a rocker arm.
Table-feed cutting: Feeding the clamped specimen into a rotating cut-off wheel using a slotted feed table.

SERVOCUT consists of a cast aluminium base on which the motor and the working space are provided in the form of two separate housings. A large window of Lexan and sealed 12V lamp in the cutting chamber allow precise observation of the cutting procress at an optimum degree of safety.

SERVOCUT automatic models have advanced techniques and software increasing productivity, sample consistency and operator comfort.

The workpiece to be cut can be accurately positioned in 3 axis by the use of DC motors which is display digitally on the front panel. Digital preselection of the feed table traveling distance is possible. The feed rate is automatically adjusted resulting in perfect cuts and eliminating sample and machine damage. Pulse cutting mode is a standard feature in all automatic models for cutting extra hard specimens. Optional speed regulating unit is available to adjust the cut-off wheel speed between 400-4000 rpm for very specific applications.

METACUT ® -M

Abrasive cutting machine designed for universal applications. Wheel mounted directly on the shaft of powerful cutting motor. T-slotted cutting table. Illuminated cutting chamber. METACUT ® -A

ROBOCUT® -M

Large abrasive cutting machine with 6.4 HP compact motor, electronic brake system, large cutting chamber with large T-slotted table, bottom part as rugged alloy base casting, GRP protective hood, 90 lt. recirculating cooling unit with connection hoses and integrated base cabinet.

ROBOCUT ® -A

Large automatic cut-off machine for abrasive wet cutting of large and difficult workpieces. Hydro-pneumatic drive system combined with microprocessor control technology, Large cutting table with T-slots. Detachable quick clamping devices allowing the accommodation of very large and irregularly shaped workpieces on the cutting table. Adjustable cutting force and feed. Pulse cutting available for difficult materials. Integrated base cabinet.
