GRIPO ® Series
Practical and economic solution to your metallographic sample preparation needs. Perfect choice for medium sizedlaboratories. Table-top design with stylish and functional GRP housing. Available as single work station units and double work station units. Discs are quickly exchangeable. Disc diameters 200 mm, 250 mm and 300 mm possible. GRIPO® grinders and polishers, both single or double disc versions are available with constant or infinitely variable rotating speeds with digital display.

DIGISET ® Series
 



Designed for automated and / or manual sample preparation applications for metallography. Engineered and built for superiorquality. Microprocessor controlled to set measurable parameters. DIGISET ® grinding and polishing machines are available as "Single work station" or "Double work station" units with infinitely variable speed between 50-600 rpm. Disc sizes 200 mm, 250 mm and 300 mm available. Touch-pad controls for speed, motor run and water supply located on the front panel.
DIGIMAT®

DIGIMAT ® is a microprocessor controlled programmable specimen mover designed for central force applications and to be integrated with DIGISET ® series grinder / polishers thus creating an automatic grinding and polishing system to prepare high volumes of specimens with consistent and reproducible quality.
Working parameters like force, cycle time, disc speed, direction of rotation as well as fluid dispensing parameters are programmed and stored under a programmer number. Exact setting and monitoring of preparation parameters with LCD display creates excellent reproducibility and productivity.
